If you are driving to Iya Valley from Tokushima City, take Route 192 towards Miyoshi. This journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you reach Miyoshi, follow the signs for Iya Valley, which is well-marked. Take Route 439, which will lead you directly into the valley. Be aware that some sections of the road are narrow and winding, so drive carefully. Parking is available at various points along the valley.

To reach Iya Valley using public transportation, start your journey at Tokushima Station. Take the JR Tokushima Line to Awa-Ikeda Station (approximately 30 minutes).
