Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Takamatsu or Matsuyama and head towards the Seto Ohashi Bridge towards Okayama. From Okayama, take the Sanyo Expressway and follow signs to Oita. Once you arrive in Oita Prefecture, take Route 10 heading northwest towards Kunisaki Peninsula. Follow the signs to Kunisaki and Musashimachi Maruono. The exact address is Musashimachi Maruono, Kunisaki, Oita 873-0406. Parking may be available at local attractions, but ensure to check beforehand.
Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
To reach Kunisaki Peninsula using public transportation, first, take a train from either Takamatsu or Matsuyama to Oita Station. This train journey can take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Oita Station, transfer to a bus heading towards Kunisaki. The bus ride will take about 30 to 40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited. The nearest stop will be Musashimachi Maruono, and from there, you can walk to various attractions within the peninsula.
