Getting there

Car

If you're driving from any location in Shikoku, head towards Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture. From Takamatsu, you will need to navigate to the Takamatsu Port, which is approximately 15 minutes from the city center. Look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal. Once at the terminal, you can park your car in the designated parking area if you plan to take the ferry to Ogijima Island. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 1,000 yen one way.

Public Transportation (Train and Ferry)

If you prefer using public transportation, take a train to Takamatsu Station, which is well connected to other major cities in Shikoku. From Takamatsu Station, it's about a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride to the Takamatsu Port ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, buy a ticket for the ferry to Ogijima Island. The ferry departs regularly, but check the schedule ahead of time as it may vary. The ferry ride lasts about 30 minutes and costs approximately 1,000 yen one way.
