If you're driving to Takenohama Beach from central Tango, start by heading towards Route 178. From the Tango area, take the Route 178 south towards Toyooka. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers. As you approach Toyooka, look for signs that direct you to Takenocho. Once you enter Takenocho, follow the signs for Takenohama Beach. The beach is located at 'Takenocho Takeno, Toyooka, Hyogo 669-6201'. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the season. Make sure to check local signage for parking prices.

To reach Takenohama Beach using public transportation, start by taking the train from Tango to Toyooka Station. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Toyooka Station, exit the station and locate the bus terminal. You will need to board a bus heading to Takeno. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes.
