Getting There

  • Subway

    If you are starting from Tokyo Station, board the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (red line) towards Ikebukuro. Travel for 2 stops and get off at 'Otemachi Station'. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line (light blue line) at Otemachi Station. Take the Chiyoda Line towards Yoyogi Uehara and ride for 2 stops to 'Kudanshita Station'. Exit the station from Exit 1. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Chidorigafuchi National Cemetery. The cemetery is located at 2 Sanbancho, Chiyoda City.

    From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Tokyo Station. After about 14 minutes, get off at Tokyo Station. From here, follow the Subway instructions mentioned above to reach the cemetery. Alternatively, you can take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line from Tokyo Station to Otemachi and proceed as described.
