Car
To drive from Tosa to the Tokyo International Forum, start by taking Route 56 from Tosa towards Kochi. After about 30 minutes, merge onto the Kochi Expressway and continue north. After about 2 hours, take the exit towards Tokyo via the Tomei Expressway. Follow signs for Shinjuku, and then take the exit towards Marunouchi. Tokyo International Forum is located at 3 Chome-5-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0005. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay around 300-600 yen per hour.

Train
To reach the Tokyo International Forum via public transportation, start at Tosa's main train station, Tosa-Yamada Station. Take the JR Dosan Line to Kochi Station. From Kochi Station, transfer to the Shikoku Railway and take a limited express train to Shin-Osaka Station. At Shin-Osaka, transfer to the Shinkansen (bullet train) towards Tokyo Station. The journey takes approximately 4 hours. Once at Tokyo Station, use the Marunouchi North Exit. The Tokyo International Forum is a 10-minute walk from the station, just follow the signs to Marunouchi.

For a more budget-friendly option, take a highway bus from Tosa to Tokyo. Buses leave from the Tosa Bus Terminal and the journey takes about 8-10 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may only leave during specific times throughout the day. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, exit towards Marunouchi and walk approximately 10 minutes to the Tokyo International Forum.
