Take the entrance for the Kochi Expressway towards Matsuyama. After approximately 40 km, take the exit at 'Kochi' and follow the signs for Route 56 towards Takamatsu. Continue on Route 56 for about 90 km until you reach the outskirts of Tokyo. Follow the signs for Chiyoda City and then for Marunouchi.
