From Monzen-Nakacho Station (Tokyo Metro Tozai Line), take Exit 4 and walk for 8 minutes. From Etchujima Station (JR Keiyo Line), take Exit 1 and walk for 3 minutes towards Aioibashi Bridge on Kiyosumidori Ave. Enter Etchujima Park, walk towards Etchujima Pool, and you will see Etchujima Pier. Subway fares in Tokyo typically range from ¥180-¥330 depending on the distance. A Tokyo Subway Pass offers unlimited travel for a day for ¥700. JR train fares from Koto-ku to Tokyo range from ¥190-¥320.
