Subway
Start your journey by taking the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line from any convenient station. If you're near Shibuya, board the train heading towards Nakameguro. Travel until you reach Kayabacho Station, which should take about 20 minutes. Once at Kayabacho Station, change to the Toei Oedo Line. Take the train towards Kiba and get off at Tsukishima Station after three stops. From Tsukishima Station, exit through the A2 or A3 exit.

After exiting Tsukishima Station, walk towards the Sumida River. Head east on the main road, taking a left onto Harumi Street (Harumi Dori). Continue walking for approximately 15 minutes, crossing the bridge over the river. As you approach the Harumi area, you will see signs pointing towards the Harumi Bridge (Former Harumi Railway Bridge). The bridge itself is a short walk from Harumi Dori, located at Harumi 2 Chome.

Alternatively, from Tsukishima Station, you can take a bus to reach the area faster. After exiting the station, look for the bus stop (Tsukishima Station Mae). Board the Toei Bus 'E-20' bound for Harumi and get off at the Harumi Bridge stop. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. From the bus stop, the Harumi Bridge is just a short walk away.
