If you're driving to Etchujima Park from central Hitachi, start by heading south on Route 6. Continue on Route 6 for about 50 km until you reach the junction with Route 357. Merge onto Route 357 and follow the signs for Koto City. After about 10 km, take the exit towards Etchujima. Navigate through the local roads, and you should find parking near the park entrance at 1 Chome-3-1 Etchujima, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0044. Be prepared for potential parking fees, which can vary but are typically around ¥500 per hour.

To get to Etchujima Park via public transport from Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line to Ueno Station. Once at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and take a train towards Nakameguro. Get off at Kachidoki Station. From Kachidoki Station, take bus #東22 (Toei Bus) heading towards Etchujima. Disembark at the 'Etchujima Park' bus stop, which is just a short walk from the park entrance.
