Car
If you are driving from central Hitachi, take Route 6 heading towards the city of Chuo. Continue straight for about 120 kilometers, following the signs for Chuo City. Once you arrive in Chuo City, look for Route 4 and take the exit toward Tsukuda. Follow Tsukuda Street until you reach Tsukudakobashi Bridge. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that it may incur a small fee depending on the lot.

Train and Walk
To reach Tsukudakobashi Bridge via public transportation, start from Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line train to Ueno Station. From Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and travel to Asakusa Station. At Asakusa Station, switch to the Toei Asakusa Line and get off at Tsukuda Station. Upon exiting Tsukuda Station, it is a 10-minute walk to Tsukudakobashi Bridge. Follow the signs for Tsukuda, and you will arrive at the bridge situated at 1 Chome-8-1 Tsukuda.
