If you're driving, start from central Hitachi and take Route 6 heading towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Tokyo. Follow signs for the Shuto Expressway (Tokyo Ring Road) and merge onto the expressway. Take the exit for Tsukiji and follow the signs for Chuo City. Kachidoki Bridge will be directly visible as you approach, and you can park in nearby public parking areas, which may cost around ¥500-¥1000 per hour.

To reach Kachidoki Bridge via public transport, start from Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Ride the Hibiya Line towards Naka-Meguro and get off at Tsukiji Station. From Tsukiji Station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Kachidoki Bridge. Follow the signs to Tsukiji Outer Market, and once you reach the market area, head south towards the bridge. The total travel time is approximately 1.5 hours, and the train fare should be around ¥1500.

An alternative public transport option is to take a bus. Start at Hitachi Station and catch a highway bus to Tokyo Station.
