From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line towards Omiya. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at Kawagoe Station. Once at Kawagoe Station, take the West exit. You will find a bus terminal right outside the station.

At the bus terminal, look for a bus heading towards 'Kawagoe' or 'Kosenbaumachi'. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kosenbamachi' stop, which is the closest stop to Semba Hie Shrine.
