From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line towards Shinjuku. Ride for 15 minutes and get off at Shinjuku Station. Transfer to the Odakyu Odawara Line. Take the Odakyu Line towards Gotokuji Station, which takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Gotokuji Station, take the South Exit. The Setagaya Castle Site Park is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
