Continue on Route 56 until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Take Route 1 north, and then follow signs for Arashiyama in Kyoto. The total drive is approximately 3 hours, covering around 200 kilometers. Upon arrival, there are parking facilities available nearby, which may incur a fee (usually around 500-1000 JPY depending on duration).
