Car
If you're driving from Tosa to Tokyo Skytree, start by heading northeast on Route 56. Merge onto the Kochi Expressway (Route 32) towards Takamatsu. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Matsuyama Expressway (Route 33). Continue on the Matsuyama Expressway for about 100 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Shimanami Expressway. Take the Shimanami Expressway and follow the signs toward Onomichi, then merge onto the Sanyo Expressway (Route 2) until you reach the Tokyo area. Once in Tokyo, follow the signs to Sumida City. Upon arriving, you can park at the Tokyo Skytree Town parking lot, which typically costs around ¥300 per hour.

To reach Tokyo Skytree from Tosa via public transportation, first, take a train from Tosa to Kochi Station. From Kochi Station, board the JR Dosan Line and head to Takamatsu. Once you arrive at Takamatsu Station, transfer to the JR Shinkansen (bullet train) to Tokyo Station. The Shinkansen ride will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on the service you choose. Upon reaching Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line (Blue Line) and ride towards Oshiage Station. Tokyo Skytree is a short walk from Oshiage Station (Exit A3). Be sure to check the current prices for the Shinkansen, as they can vary, but expect to pay around ¥14,000 one way.
