Public Transportation
From Tosa, take a local train (Tosa Kuroshio Railway) to Kochi Station. From Kochi Station, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line towards Kobe. Once you arrive at Sannomiya Station in Kobe, exit the station and take the Hankyu Bus (No. 20 or No. 21) towards Meriken Park. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kobe Port Tower' stop, which is just a short walk from the tower.
Car
If you are driving from Tosa, take Route 32 towards Kobe. Follow the signs for Kobe along Route 2. Once you reach Kobe, look for signs directing you to the port area. You can park at the nearby Meriken Park parking lot (paid parking, approximately 500 yen for 2 hours). From the parking lot, it’s a short walk to Kobe Port Tower, located at 5-5 Hatobacho, Chuo Ward.
