Keiunkan is located in Minatocho, Nagahama, a short walk from the Nagahama city center. From Kurokabe Square, walk east towards Lake Biwa, then south along the waterfront. The garden will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes.

From Nagahama Station, take the Nagahama City Tour Bus to the 'Keiunkan' stop. The bus ride is approximately 5 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi from the station will also take around 5 minutes. Bus fare is around ¥200, and a taxi will cost approximately ¥700-¥1000.

Bicycle rentals are available at Nagahama Station. From the station, cycle towards Lake Biwa and then south along the waterfront. Parking is available near the garden entrance. Bicycle rental is approximately ¥1500 per day.
