If you are traveling by car from the Dead Sea region to Kerak Castle, start by setting your GPS or navigation system to the coordinates: 31.1809559, 35.701662. From the Dead Sea, head north towards the main highway (Route 65). Once on Route 65, drive for approximately 40 kilometers. You'll come to a junction where you will need to turn left onto Route 35, heading towards Kerak. Continue on Route 35 for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Kerak. Follow the signs into the city, and once you reach Kerak, look for 'شارع القلعة الكرك' (Castle Street) where the castle is located. Parking is available near the castle entrance.

To reach Kerak Castle using public transportation, you can take a bus from the Dead Sea area to Kerak. Look for buses heading to 'Kerak' at the nearest bus station. The journey usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the bus schedule. Once you arrive in Kerak, you will need to take a taxi or walk to 'شارع القلعة الكرك' (Castle Street) where the castle is located. Taxis are readily available at the bus station and will charge around 1-2 JD to take you to the castle.
