If you are driving from the Mujib Nature Reserve, start by heading northwest on Route 65 towards Karak. Continue on Route 65 for about 50 km until you reach the city of Madaba. Once in Madaba, follow the signs to Route 35 towards Jerusalem. After approximately 30 km, you will arrive at the Jordan River crossing. Cross the border into Israel and continue onto Route 1 towards Jerusalem. Once you are in Jerusalem, follow the signs to the city center.
