Walking
From the Petra Visitor Center, walk straight along the main path leading into the archaeological site. Continue past the Siq (the narrow gorge) until you reach the end. After exiting the Siq, you will see the iconic Treasury (Al-Khazneh) directly in front of you. From there, proceed right along the path that leads towards the Street of Facades. Keep walking until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, take a left turn, and continue walking until you see the Silk Tomb on your right side about a 10-minute walk from the Treasury.
Walking
If you are near the Royal Tombs, head down the path that leads towards the main road of Petra. After reaching the main road, turn left and walk along the trail that leads toward the Silk Tomb. You should continue straight for about 15 minutes until you see the Silk Tomb on your left side, marked by its distinctive architecture.
Guided Tour

Starting from the Petra Visitor Center, you will be led by a knowledgeable guide who will take you through the main sites, including the Treasury and the Royal Tombs, before arriving at the Silk Tomb. From the Petra Visitor Center, you can opt for a horse ride that will take you part of the way into the site. After the initial ride, you will dismount and continue on foot. Follow the main path to the Treasury, and then proceed as described in the walking directions to reach the Silk Tomb. This option allows you to experience Petra from a unique perspective.
