Getting There

Walking
From the Petra Visitor Center, head south along the main path leading into the archaeological site. Continue walking until you reach the Siq, a narrow gorge that leads to the Treasury. Once you exit the Siq, turn left and proceed towards the Street of Facades. Keep walking straight until you reach the Great Temple, located near the center of Petra. Look for the large structure on your left as you approach the area.

If you are at the Treasury, after taking in the views, head back through the Siq. Once you exit the Siq, take the right path towards the Great Temple. Follow the signs for the Great Temple as you walk past the Street of Facades, and you will see the entrance to the Great Temple ahead.
