Start at the 10th & Main Transit Center in downtown Kansas City. Board the #101 bus heading north towards North Kansas City. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the 4th & Minnesota stop. Once you get off the bus, walk east on Minnesota Avenue until you reach 4th Street. Turn right on 4th Street and continue walking north for about 5 blocks. The Strawberry Hill Museum & Center will be on your right at 720 N 4th St.
