If you are in downtown Lawrence, start by heading east on Massachusetts Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will come to the Kansas River, where you can enjoy the view. Continue walking along the riverbank until you reach the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, turn right and continue walking along the river trail. After about 0.2 miles, you will see a path that leads you to the Lawrence Public Library. From there, head north for about 0.4 miles, and you will arrive at 28 State St, Boston, MA 02109.

From downtown Lawrence, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 9th and Massachusetts Street. Take the Bus Route 10 towards the East Lawrence Transfer Point. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 7th & New Hampshire stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 29 towards the Lawrence Transit Center and ride it for 10 more minutes. Disembark at the Government Center stop. Walk a few blocks east towards 28 State St, Boston, MA 02109, which should take about 5 minutes.
