If you're starting from downtown Wichita, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the 'Wichita Transit' bus route 21, which goes towards the Delano area. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the current times. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 2nd and McLean. From there, it's just a short walk north on McLean Boulevard. Exploration Place will be on your left at 300 N McLean Blvd.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from a local bike-sharing service. Start from downtown Wichita and head west on Douglas Avenue. Continue to follow Douglas until you reach McLean Boulevard. Turn left (south) onto McLean and ride until you see Exploration Place on your right at 300 N McLean Blvd. The route is approximately 1.5 miles and is mostly flat.

If you are within walking distance from downtown Wichita, take a stroll west along Douglas Avenue. After crossing the Arkansas River, continue straight until you reach McLean Boulevard. Turn left (south) onto McLean Boulevard and walk for about 0.5 miles. Exploration Place will be located on your right at 300 N McLean Blvd. The walk is pleasant, and you can enjoy views of the river.
