Getting There

Car
If you're driving, the Kyzylkerish mountains are accessible via the main park road. Start from the Altyn Emel National Park entrance at the village of Basshi. Drive east on the paved road for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to the Kyzylkerish mountains. Look for the sign that indicates the direction towards the mountains. Once you turn off, follow the unpaved road for about 15 kilometers; the road can be bumpy, so proceed with caution. Parking is available near the base of the mountains.
