Car
If you are driving to the NP Altyn-Emel' Visit center, start by navigating to Kalinino. From Almaty, take the A2 highway heading east. After approximately 260 km, turn onto the A4 road towards Taldykorgan. Continue for about 70 km until you reach the town of Kalinino. Once in Kalinino, look for the sign directing you to Altyn-Emel National Park. The Visit center is located at Аскарбек 73, Kalinino. Follow the road signs until you arrive at the center. Parking is available on site.

Public Transportation
To reach the NP Altyn-Emel' Visit center via public transportation, take a bus from Almaty to Taldykorgan. Buses leave regularly from the Sayakhat Bus Station in Almaty and the journey takes around 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Taldykorgan, you will need to take a taxi or a local minibus (marshrutka) to Kalinino. The taxi ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours and may cost around 3000-4000 KZT. Ask the driver to take you to Аскарбек 73 in Kalinino, which is where the Visit center is located.
