To reach Hello Kazakhstan located at 9RHJ+V5G, Baku, Azerbaijan, from Northern Kazakhstan, you will need to drive south towards Kazakhstan's border with Russia. Start your journey in Petropavl, the capital of Northern Kazakhstan. Head southwest on the A1 road towards the city of Kokshetau. From Kokshetau, continue on the A1 until you reach the city of Astana (Nur-Sultan). Once in Astana, take the A2 highway heading southwest towards the border of Kazakhstan and Russia. Cross the border at the nearest point, which will lead you into Russia, and continue towards the city of Samara. From Samara, drive south until you reach Azerbaijan's border. Note that you will need to check for any visa requirements and potential fees for crossing borders, as well as prepare for a long journey that might take several days depending on stops and driving speed.
Public Transportation

For those preferring public transportation, begin your journey at the Petropavl bus station and take a bus to Astana (Nur-Sultan). The bus fare is approximately 3,000 KZT. Once in Astana, you can catch a bus to the Russia border town of Orenburg. This leg will cost about 5,000 KZT. After reaching Orenburg, you can look for buses or trains heading towards Samara, and from there, find transportation heading south to Baku. Train
