Start your journey at the central square of Turkestan, near the Khodja Ahmed Yasawi Mausoleum. Head southeast towards the intersection of Abay Street and Aiteke Bi Street. Continue straight along Aiteke Bi Street for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with Toktar Aitkhozhin Street, turn left. The Mausoleum of Gauhar Ana will be located on your right side after approximately 500 meters.

From the central market area in Turkestan, board bus number 5, which is heading towards the Mausoleum of Gauhar Ana. The bus will take you directly to the stop nearest to the mausoleum. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and disembark at the stop labeled 'Mausoleum of Gauhar Ana'. After getting off, walk approximately 200 meters southeast, and you will see the mausoleum ahead.
