If you are starting from the Turkestan city center, head southeast on Abay Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Nauryzbai Batyr Street. Turn left onto Nauryzbai Batyr Street and continue for another 500 meters. You will see the Mavzoley Yesim Khana on your right side, located at coordinates 43.297196, 68.270385. Look for the distinctive blue dome and the entrance that leads to this cultural landmark.

From the Turkestan bus station, take a local bus that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop near the Abay Street intersection, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. Once you disembark, walk southeast along Abay Street until you reach Nauryzbai Batyr Street. Turn left and walk for about 500 meters, where you will find Mavzoley Yesim Khana on the right.
