If you are starting from the main bus station in Turkestan (Avtovokzal Turkistan), exit the station and head east on Abai Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Kazybek Bi Street. Turn left onto Kazybek Bi Street and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Tsentral'naya Ploshchad' Turkestana on your right, just before the intersection with Kabanbai Batyr Street.

After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Kazybek Bi Street.' From there, walk east on Kazybek Bi Street for about 200 meters.
