From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles to the Salato Wildlife Education Center, which is located at 1 Sportsman's Lane. Follow Sportsman's Lane as it curves to the right, and you'll see the center on your left.

If you are in the downtown area, you can walk to the Salato Wildlife Education Center. Start at the Kentucky State Capitol building and head southeast on Capital Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of US-60. Turn right onto US-60 and follow it for about 1 mile. When you reach Sportsman's Lane, turn left. The Salato Wildlife Education Center will be on your left at 1 Sportsman's Lane. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles, which should take about 30-40 minutes.

Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with US-60. Once you are on US-60, carefully navigate to Sportsman's Lane.
