    From downtown Louisville, head to the nearest TARC (Transit Authority of River City) bus stop. Take Bus Route 23 (Middletown) towards the direction of Middletown. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Poplar Level Rd @ Illinois Ave' stop. From there, walk east along Illinois Avenue for about 0.5 miles. The Louisville Nature Center will be on your left at 3745 Illinois Ave.

    If you're renting a bicycle, start from downtown Louisville and head towards the Riverwalk. Follow the Riverwalk until you reach the intersection of River Road and Poplar Level Road. Turn left onto Poplar Level Road and continue for about 2 miles. Then, turn right onto Illinois Avenue. The Louisville Nature Center will be on your left at 3745 Illinois Ave.
