Car
From Laikipia Plateau, head northeast towards Nanyuki town. Follow the C77 road, which will lead you towards Archer's Post. Continue on C77 for approximately 100 kilometers until you reach the Archer's Post junction. At the junction, turn left onto the C62 road. Keep following the C62 road for about 30 kilometers, and you will arrive at the entrance of Samburu National Park. Note that there may be a park entrance fee, which varies based on nationality and age.

Public Transportation
First, take a public matatu (shared taxi) from any town in Laikipia Plateau to Nanyuki town. The fare is usually around 200-300 Kenyan Shillings. Upon reaching Nanyuki, look for a matatu heading towards Archer's Post. This ride will cost about 150-200 Kenyan Shillings and will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you reach Archer's Post, you can either hire a taxi or a local guide to take you the remaining 30 kilometers to Samburu National Park. Expect to pay an additional fare of around 1000-1500 Kenyan Shillings for this final leg.
