Walking
From the center of Mombasa, head towards Moi Avenue and follow it until you reach the junction with Haile Selassie Road. Turn left onto Haile Selassie Road, and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. The Shri Cutch Satsang Swaminarayan Temple will be on your right, identifiable by its distinct architecture and signage.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
Find the nearest boda boda stand in Mombasa, which you can locate along major roads like Moi Avenue or Kenyatta Avenue. Tell the rider you want to go to Shri Cutch Satsang Swaminarayan Temple on Haile Selassie Road. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The rider will drop you off right in front of the temple, making it a convenient option.
Matatu (Public Minibus)
Locate a matatu stage in Mombasa, especially around Moi Avenue. Look for a matatu heading towards Mombasa's Mvumoni area. Once aboard, inform the conductor that you wish to get off at Haile Selassie Road. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, the Shri Cutch Satsang Swaminarayan Temple will be a short walk from the matatu drop-off point.
