    Getting There

    Car

    From anywhere in the Mount Kenya Region, head towards Nairobi Road (A2). Depending on your starting point, follow the signs towards Nairobi. Once you reach the junction near Kiserian, take the road towards Ngong Town. Continue straight on this road for approximately 15km. You will see signs for Ngong Hills on your right. Turn onto the Ngong Hills road, which will take you up the hills. There is a small fee (around 200 KES per vehicle) to enter the Ngong Hills park, so keep some cash ready.

    Public Transportation

    From various locations in the Mount Kenya Region, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) to Nairobi. Once in Nairobi, head to the Nairobi CBD and locate the matatu stage for Ngong Town, typically found along Ngong Road. The fare is about 100 KES. After reaching Ngong Town, you can either take a boda-boda (motorbike taxi) for approximately 200 KES to the Ngong Hills entrance or walk for about 7km uphill to reach Ngong Hills.
