You will turn onto a well-marked access road. Follow this road for about 5 km until you reach the entrance of the conservancy. Be prepared for possible fees at the entrance, which typically range from KES 1,000 to KES 2,000 per person.

  • Public Transportation

    From Nanyuki town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards the Mount Kenya region. Inform the driver that you are going to Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy. The fare is usually around KES 100-200. The matatu will drop you off at the closest bus stop to the conservancy. From there, you can walk or hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to cover the remaining distance of about 5 km to the entrance of the conservancy.
