    If you are driving, start from Nanyuki town. Head southeast on the Nanyuki-Nairobi Road (A2). After about 15 kilometers, look for a signpost on your left directing you towards the Naro Moru Route. Turn left onto the Naro Moru road and continue for another 10 kilometers until you reach Gitinga Village. The Mount Kenya Naro Moru Park Gate is located near the village, with clear signage directing you to the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    From Nanyuki town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Nanyuki-Meru Road. Inform the conductor that you are going to Gitinga Village. The fare is approximately 100-150 Kenyan Shillings. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gitinga Village, you’ll need to take a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to reach the Mount Kenya Naro Moru Park Gate. Follow the signs that direct you toward the park gate.
