Walking
If you are starting from Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), exit the KICC and head towards Uhuru Highway. Walk along Uhuru Highway for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Kenyatta Avenue. Continue straight on Kenyatta Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach Moi Avenue. Turn left onto Moi Avenue, and you will find Amerucan TV Hub Downtown Nairobi located at 1 Moi Ave, just a short walk down the street.

From the area around Nairobi Railway Station, walk to the nearest matatu stage. Look for a matatu heading towards the city center (look for signs or ask locals). Once you board the matatu, inform the conductor to drop you off at Moi Avenue. After descending, walk towards the direction of Moi Avenue, and you will find Amerucan TV Hub Downtown Nairobi at 1 Moi Ave, just a few minutes' walk from the matatu stop.
