To get to Mai Mahiu Catholic Church (Traveller's Church) from the Nairobi city center, head to the Kencom bus station. From there, look for a matatu heading towards Mai Mahiu or Naivasha. Board the matatu and pay the fare (approximately 100-150 Ksh). The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Mai Mahiu, inform the conductor you want to get off at the church. The church is located along the A104 road and should be visible from the main road.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) from the city center. Head to a nearby boda boda stage, which you can find near major hotels or on busy streets. Negotiate the fare (around 500-700 Ksh) for a ride directly to Mai Mahiu Catholic Church. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all safety precautions.
