If you are driving, start from the center of Karakol. Head east on Togolok Moldo Street toward Lenin Street. Continue straight until you reach a T-junction, then turn right onto Shapak Baatyr Street. Drive for about 1 km, and you will find Karakol River Park on your left at 195 Shapak Baatyr.

To reach Karakol River Park using public transportation, take a local marshrutka (minibus) from the central bus station in Karakol. Look for a marshrutka heading toward the 'Karakol City Park' or 'Jeti-Oguz' routes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Shapak Baatyr and Togolok Moldo Streets.
