Getting There

    If you're driving from Luang Prabang, start on Route 13 (also known as the Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng road). Head northeast for about 20 kilometers. Look for a sign directing you to Tat Sae Waterfalls on your right. Turn onto the local road and follow it for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the waterfalls. Note that there may be a small entrance fee (around 20,000 LAK) to access the park.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    From the center of Luang Prabang, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you directly to Tat Sae Waterfalls. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. Typically, a round trip costs around 100,000 to 150,000 LAK. Inform the driver of your desired time for return, as tuk-tuks do not usually wait for you at the site.
