Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Luang Prabang. Head east on Sisavangvong Road, which is the main road running through the town. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout near the Mekong River. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Kounxoa Road. Follow this road for about 1 Kilometer, then take a right onto Phousi Road. After about 500 meters, you will see the UXO Lao Visitor Center on your left at the coordinates 19.8819005, 102.1364152. There is ample parking available on-site.

Public Transportation (Tuk-Tuk)
To reach the UXO Lao Visitor Center by tuk-tuk, find a tuk-tuk stand in the center of Luang Prabang, such as near the night market on Sisavangvong Road. Tell the driver you want to go to the UXO Lao Visitor Center, located at V4JP+QH7. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, and the fare will typically cost around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK (approximately $2-3 USD). Ensure to negotiate the fare or ask the driver for a price beforehand.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are staying near the city center, you can walk to the UXO Lao Visitor Center. Start at the Royal Palace Museum and head south on Sisavangvong Road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Kounxoa Road. Walk along this road for about 15 minutes, then turn right onto Phousi Road. Continue for another 5 minutes and the UXO Lao Visitor Center will be on your left. This walk takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
