Laos Cooking Class in Luang Prabang
Best
I arrived at 8.45am as asked and I was the only 1. Had a great teacher/trainer. Went to the morning markets and got our ingridents. Went out in the hills to a beautiful old homestead. He (sorry I have forgotten his name) explained everything. How to prep and how long to cook each section. Well worth the 4.5hrs.

Awesome food tour and getting to know the Laotian culture
So back in Germany and autumn weather for starters…. 😔 . Today, I am first remembering the food tour with Latda. 😍. She is super competent and you can really tell that she loves showing people her hometown. The food was simply incredible. We had so many different dishes and each one of them was uniquely good. The portions were generous, I didn't have to suffer from hunger 🤣. Latda took us to hidden locations that I would never have found on my own and showed us food that I would never have ordered on my own. In addition, she told cool stories about Laotian food culture, which made the whole thing even more special. If you are in Luang Prabang and love food, you absolutely have to do this tour. Absolutely recommended!
