Laos Cooking Class in Luang Prabang
Best
I arrived at 8.45am as asked and I was the only 1. Had a great teacher/trainer. Went to the morning markets and got our ingridents. Went out in the hills to a beautiful old homestead. He (sorry I have forgotten his name) explained everything. How to prep and how long to cook each section. Well worth the 4.5hrs.

Fun day of cooking with Tou and Chef!
I worked wit Tou and the head chef to create a soup, salad, main and dessert. It was fun! Tou showed me all of the gardens and fresh items they grow year round. Was fun to learn new techniques. Thanks!

Amazing cooking class with Nid
The dishes we prepared were authentic, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to recreate. I loved that we learned not just recipes, but also cooking techniques and the cultural stories behind each dish. Everything we cooked tasted amazing. It was personal, well-paced, and full of genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.
