After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit onto Route 1C towards Xieng Ngeun. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Tat Sae Waterfalls. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the entrance to the waterfalls. There is parking available nearby.
