    If you are driving, start from the center of Pakse city. Head southeast on Route 13 (also called the Thakhek Road) for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs leading to Wat Phousalao. The temple is located on a hill, and you will see a large Buddha statue from a distance. Follow the road up the hill until you reach the entrance of the temple. There is parking available near the entrance.
