    To reach Hoi Cave using public transportation from Vang Vieng, take a local bus or tuk-tuk heading towards Phoxay. Inform the driver you wish to visit Hoi Cave. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and costs approximately 20,000 to 30,000 LAK. From Phoxay, a short hike is needed to reach the cave; ask locals for directions.

    When driving from Vang Vieng, head east on Route 13. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto a smaller road towards Phoxay. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the coordinates 19.0394° N, 102.4237° E, where Hoi Cave is located. There is no direct road to the cave, so park nearby and hike the remaining distance. Parking is free.
