If you are driving, start from Vang Vieng town center and head north on Route 13. After approximately 9 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn right onto the road leading to Naka. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers, and you will find signs directing you to Tham Poukham Cave. There is parking available near the entrance. Please note that there may be a small fee for parking.

Public Transportation
From Vang Vieng town center, you can take a local 'songthaew' (shared taxi) to Tham Poukham Cave. Head to the songthaew station, which is usually near the bus station. The fare is around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK per person. Inform the driver that you are going to Tham Poukham Cave. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and the driver will drop you off at the entrance of the cave.
