Walk
Start your journey from the center of Xieng Khouang, where you will find the main market area. Head northwest on the main road (Route 7), which is well-paved. Walk for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 1C. At this intersection, you will see a small sign indicating the direction to Phone Ngeun. Continue walking straight for another 1.5 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Phone Ngeun village.

Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Xieng Khouang, which are commonly found near the market area. Head northwest on Route 7 and cycle for approximately 2 kilometers to the intersection with Route 1C. Turn left onto Route 1C and continue riding for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for local signs pointing towards Phone Ngeun village, where Num Bor Keo Cave is located.

Find a tuk-tuk at one of the designated stands in Xieng Khouang, especially around the market area. Negotiate with the driver to take you to Phone Ngeun. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Phone Ngeun, you can ask the driver to drop you off at the location marked 'WC5C+JJ4', which is the known address for Num Bor Keo Cave.
